Navy War Fleet Planner

A session checklist: what to buy when, and what to ignore until factories can pay for it.

Navy War Fleet Planner

Keep this page in a second monitor or a phone while Navy War runs. It is not a damage simulator. It is the order of operations that matches Parabola MMOVEMENT’s own how-to-play list and the six-player server size. Pair it with getting started the first time, then with PvP once hulls exist.

Before you click anything

  • Launch the correct place (113987393426315), not Navy War Tycoon.
  • Favorite the experience.
  • Open Shop on the left and redeem KRAKEN, ADMIRALS, DIAMONDZ (codes, redeem steps).
  • Write down your Gem total. Do not spend yet.

Early game - print, then float

Goal: a Destroyer you can replace, plus factories that tick while you are in Shop.

  • Upgrade factory until income no longer feels like a joke.
  • Upgrade dock so one hull has a home.
  • Build a Destroyer (warships).
  • Leave that Destroyer as home guard if you walk inland.
  • Spend Gems only if a factory rank is the blocker. See how to get Gems.

Stop early game when a sunk Destroyer is annoying, not session-ending. If it is still session-ending, buy more factory, not a Cruiser. The economy guide is the long version of that sentence.

Mid game - Cruisers win public servers

Goal: two combat hulls and a dock that can launch both.

  • Upgrade shipyard when Cruiser time, not Cruiser cost, is the gate.
  • Unlock Cruiser. Own more than one if cash allows.
  • Keep at least one Destroyer as screen / home guard.
  • Take a nearby island only with a screen. Do not empty the harbor.
  • Optional: unlock Submarine if the lobby is full of naked capitals.
  • Gems: next factory rank, or the Cruiser lock, never a cosmetic.

Mid game is where the ship tier list earns its keep. Cruisers are S-tier here. Battleships are a trap if factories are still shy.

Late game - capitals with insurance

Goal: a Battleship or Carrier that you can rebuild this session.

  • Confirm you can replace a Cruiser without thinking.
  • Unlock Battleship. Pair it with Destroyers. Do not solo it into fog.
  • Unlock Aircraft Carrier last, and only with a screen already in the water.
  • Keep a home guard. Six-player lobbies raid docks while you flex.
  • Gems: shipyard if the carrier is time-gated, otherwise save for the next update sink.

If a capital ship sinking would send you to the Roblox home screen, you are not in late game. You are a mid-game player wearing a late-game hat. Buy factories. Read building rankings.

Gem spend matrix

FeelingBuy
”I never have cash”Factory
”Ships have nowhere to sit”Dock
”The next class takes forever”Shipyard
”I lose every island”Cruiser (if funded)
“They have a trophy Battleship”Submarine raid + their docks, not a mirror Battleship
”I want a carrier”Not yet, unless the late-game checks are all ticked

Panic buttons (do not use)

  • Do not buy a second capital to avenge the first.
  • Do not paste a script. There is no verified loader; see scripts.
  • Do not copy a Tycoon rebirth guide.
  • Do not ignore codes until after you spend Robux.

After the session

Note the first checkbox you failed. That is tomorrow’s plan. If it was income, stay on economy. If it was composition, stay on warships. If it was positioning, stay on PvP. The planner only works if you tell it the truth.

Print this mentally: factory, dock, Destroyer, Cruiser, then capitals. Everything else is a variation. Play your way, but fund it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Navy War questions.

What is the Navy War fleet planner?

A session checklist for factories, docks, shipyards, Gems, and the five official warship classes.

When should I buy a Battleship in the planner?

Late game, after Cruisers, and only if you can replace it this session.

Where do Gems go in the planner?

Usually factories. Docks or shipyards only when those are the real bottleneck.

Can I skip Destroyers if I have Gems?

No. Destroyers are the screen. Gems do not replace that job.
